Change in tariff cheat

Respected sir,

I had taken maveli plan of BSNL kerala in September by considering the offer (http://kerala.bsnl.co.in/Mktg/maveli2.pdf)

In the offer it is specified that off net calls are at 1 p/s . but in the introduction of new maveli plan (http://kerala.bsnl.co.in/Mktg/newmaveli.pdf) its been notified that

Existing customers of Maveli Plan will continue in their tariff plan for a period of six months only from the date of activation.

This is pure cheating of customer s. BSNL had introduced the plan maveli with only the attraction of tariff of off net call of been 1p/s and other features are same as old plans such as mithram etc

Kindly look on the same.
