Refund of security amount

Respected Sir,

I Rambabu an ex customer of BSNL Landline no 03222-234369 from kharagpur

Sir i have surrendered my landline connection on may and still i havent

got back my refund amount. The concerned officers are unable to give any exact date.

Sir kindly take neccessary actions against my problem as i am about to be transfered from

here to another place.
