with all due respect, i do like to communicate to you a laudable work done by your oops... our great company BSNL. Before narrating to you the story i would like to introduce myself to you so that we can have a little acquaintance. Here it goes... My self CHANCHAL KUMAR PANDEY, resides in Lucknow. the reason why i feel i should communicate to you is that i am a loyal consumer of BSNL, my Mob. NO is 7376494061and 7376494062.
Now my complain is that few months after i bought the SIM... a MSTI PACK (by No.56505) had been activated on 7376494061 without any request from my side and each time Rs 5 for a month has been charged (by No. 565054005) and when at last after all my effort to get it deactivated through the toll free no. given for the deactivation... i did not get any result and decided to call at 1503 to talk to customer care executive.
interesting part of story starts here... an executive named Mr Manish was on the other side of the call, when i called on 05.12. as the call goes ..he inquired about name and other necessary information and asked me the number through which the service was activated and that time i was unable to answer this question and he said very rudely that he can't help and abruptly disconnected the call nonetheless, he disabled all customer care call from this number, as a result it was impossible for me to call on 1503 to talk to an executive to redress the problem.
then i decided to mail my complain on email address of customer care but not finding the address i picked ours from the NET and think it will be more appropriate to inform you, sir
i hope appropriate action will be taken... soon.
at least get the service disconnected to resolve my problem...
