To G.M.B.S.N.L.GWALIOR Respectd sir-I am using bsnl pripaid mob.scince long but during last year ineach & every month some times rs-20 or 30 was deducted and today rs=50 deducted from balance avalable on mob.no. -9406506711, so it is requested to please look into the mater and clearify why without asking&requsting for any service bal was deducted.
in this way bsnl loosing the faith of public, if my fraudulently debited amt will not be credited, i will quit the service and go to the court for justice.
