Please go through the following content, How AIRTEL people are supporting to Anti - Social Activities by issueing duplicate SIM cards with out our knowledge?

Complaint regarding misusing of my mobile Number

Dear Sir/ Madam

I Mr. J.Chandra Sekhar have 98494 44469 mobile number of your airtel, got struced in and around of 22 nd of Oct-11. Then i have contacted your call center to know the reason, at that time they informed me that it has been failed due to some technical reason and advised to have a new SIM with same number by providing the required documents. Later i was busy with my professional work and went to your sevice center located at Paradise, Secunderabad on 16 th Nov-11 to get the new SIM with same number.By providing the documents they have issued the new SIM and told that the previous balance would be carry forwarded.

On 17 th morning i have checked the balance and found difference in the amount around 600.00 Rs. I did 't get any response from your call center and went to your service center at Paradise and did a call to 125 between 5.30 - 5.50 pm. It was answered by women employee and informed that it is (number) using regularly and a new SIM card has been issued on my name in and around of nov 1 or 2 nd. In addition to that there is activation of mobile internet applications with out my requisition and same was also answered by another employee. After that your people had given a mobile number (9959334865) and informed it's a contact number of higher official, do the complaint directly to them. I tried to that Number and observed that it was a call center number again. (This is one way they betrayed me by giving wrong information).

Later i moved to your office located in secunderabad and made a written complaint by seeing the following

a) It is being used by somebody with out my presence

b) Internet applications were also downloaded with out my requisition

So, i request you to provide the clarifications to the following and revert back my misused balance.

a) why you have issued the SIM card on my name to others?

b) if it is used by Anti-Social elements, who will be resposble for that?

c) Why your people guided me wrongly?

d) why you have activated internet appl with out my request?

e) Is it possible to do all these with out direct or indirect presence of AIRTEL employee?

We would like to inform you that as per our records there is no internet or any other Value Added Service active on your mobile number 9849444469.

A waiver of Rs. 5/- has already been posted on your account on 18/11.

We wish to inform you that as per our records, your mobile number is registered in your name (J. Chandra Sekhar) only.

Thank you for reply, but the problem not yet been cleared because you are promising not to repeat the same problem with out solving the existing problem. I have experienced with different answers by your team with out any clarification.

Total amount misused is 586.00 rs but you have refunded only 5.00 rs and you did't identify the person who had this same SIM.

So you are requested to give the clarification to my questions in the previous mail.

2. Balance before and after deduction

With reference to your mail I have not used this Number after 24 th of October to Nov 17 th, because there is no signals in mobile. before that the balance would be around 1025.00 rs and after nov 17 th i got only 444.00.

In addition to this you are requested to find out or provide the information from where & to whom you have issued this number.

You also please identify where the error/mistake/fraud was happened and take severe action not to repeat the same to other customers.

Thank you for your reply, I have raised many doubts about misuse of my SIM card but i did't get the correct answer from your side except apology, which could't save me from any problem if arise. Let me clear about the following.

a). where and to whom you issued the SIM card?

b). Identify the tower location from where the SIM has been used?

c). Issue the NO RELATION LETTER, calls made during that time.

d). refund the misused amount as early as possible.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for refund and other details related to SIM card as it is active in your name only and not given to other customer.

Do proper enquiry & come with solution. Dont send useless mails, if you not do proper justice we will meet at consumer court and same will be complained to TRAI.
