Misbehavior by customer care person

I am using tata indicom mobile from last 3 months. I was getting so much problem in network, because of that whenever i used call somebody, within seconds it use to disconnect, it self when i called customer care help line person named rajan told me to stop making calls if u are getting this problem. Is this is the answer to this problem.
