Delay in refund on disconnection of landline connection of BSNL

Written application for disconnection of Landline connection got received from BSNL Deptt on 14/07 after paying the latest Bill but the refund of security deposit of telephone connection, Broad band connection of 900 monthly pan have not yet been remitted by BSNL.

Though there is a provision for transfer of telephone connectivity from one place to other in the same state, BSNL official at Jhansi escaped from the resonsibility of solving the issue and they told there is no such provision. As a result, I had to deposit the security afresh without getting the refund of deposit paid for previous connection. And then BSNL does not remit security deposit refund on its own. Rather they send the Bill even after the surrender of telephone connection.

It is requested to take up the case suitably with BSNL for refund of security deposit against my connection no.0510-2770465 at BHEL, Jhansi.
