Non refund of security money

Respected sir,

I have surrender my Land line no. 033 24047143 on dt. 21.04.2010 vide receipt no. 75225 and they have issued the token no. of disconnection on 04.05.2010 vide w/o:-RKS/D/DL/10-11/0033. Now till date i have not received any refund or advice from them.

It is my request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful or take nessesary action regarding the matter.
