Service problem

I am using Bsnl nestam plan mobile connection last 2 years costamer of Bsnl. i faced lot of problem in sms service, monthly i am using 23 bonus card for msgs balance. Msgs sent not correctly but balance always reduced, i am complating lot of times bsnl costmer care but no respone plzz solve my problem...
