Unlawfully charged subscription fees

Hello,

I have been fraudelently charged for value added services by BSNL Company on my BSNL prepaid mobile. I am being charged Rs 5 for subscription of Baba Ramdev pack, without my knowledge or confirmation. Pleases take the required action on this ongoing fraud.
