Delay in refund of telephone deposit of phone no 27501626

I had land line phone no at hyderabad with no 040-27501626 and i surrendered in the 1 st week of october as i shifted to vijayawada. i regret to inform that i have not received my money back as refund although six moths passed. i provided my new address at vijayawada in the application for surrender and also i provided my cell no but no communication was received. i paid sept telephone bill also.

Most of the employees at BSNL are very casual and indifferent and as a result there is deficiency in service.
