A LANDLINE INTERNET CONNECTION (2430084) WAS INSTALLED ON 31ST AUG'2011 WITHOUT INSTALLING INSTRUMENT. SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT RECD INSTRUMENT AND ANY BILL (BUT I HAD MADE PAYMENT AFTER GETTING VERBAL DETAILS FROM C.CARE) I HAVE REQUESTED "BHAGWAN NAGAR EXCHANGE" SO MANY TIMES FOR INSTRUMENT AS WELL AS TELEPHONE BILL's COPY, BUT AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS AND REGISTRATION IN "SELFCARE.NDC.BSNL.CO.IN", I AM UNABLE TO GET MY BILLS FROM STARTING NEITHER THROUGH POST NOR E-MAIL. THEY ARE MAKING EXCESS BILL AMOUNT AND ALSO MAKING LATE PAYMENT CHARGES AFTER DUE DATE WHICH IS NOT CONFIRMED TO ME AS TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY BILL. I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT SO MANY TIMES BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

KINDLY PROVIDE ME DUPLICATE BILLS FROM STARTING AND ALSO INSTALL INSTRUMENT.
