Telephone out of order always

Telephone Instrument always out of order and when ever we complaint no one listen and verbally say we will send person but no one coem to home and repair just make money BSNL kadi branch and cheating with Customer and they are not cancel also when we request to removed al garbage... so sad for us. better Govt can change whole Staff or make officially corruption allowed to staff to do some work for people...
