Land line & broadband out of order for 45 days

My land line No 033-24380469 and broad band facility has been out of order for more that 45 days.

I have personally visited the JOKA exchange and narrated the problem to JTO in addition to my automatic

complain. I have made several call to SDE and AREA MANAGER and JTO in the following mobile no

9432001217, 8902000204 &943201648 . In spite of my several reminder neither my land line is live nor

my broad band facility restored.
