It is bring to your kind notice that I have received a letter from Airtel a bill (Billing details with usage charge) on 09th Decit was found that the customer name is wrong. However I have Informed to the same was 121 but the replay was was incorrect.
However I have submitted all the document as per TRAI.
There is no physical verification has been carried out by Airtel officers as on today.
I am trying to give a raising complaint regarding my difficulty, the customer care officer refused to take complaint.
I have not satisfied with airtel service.
I am proceeding as per law.
