ACTVATE THE CHARGEBLE PACK

Dear Sir,

I am using the cdma relience mobile no 9327674955 (prepaid) since Now the company has active the 4/5 pack on my this no without my permission.

& deduct the money from my main balance. I had request through mail address to customercare withdrow this packs & refend my money. But they have not taken any action till now.
