Respected sir,
I am your customer having my cell No. 9228456396 since last many years and at present I had complaint with consumer forum. They suggested me to write to you kindly look in to the matter given here
1 I received the message on 12th Sept “TATA INDICOM SATHE MELAVO Rs.25 MA 40 NO TALKTIME. Rs.20.67 TALKTIME tarat & baki 19.33 TALKTIME (val 15 divas) 3 divasma malshe. Offer fakt aaj sudhi j.”
I recharged my no.with Rs.25 immediately I get the balance of Rs.20.67 but the said other benefit amount in the message is not credited yet.
I also talk with your cust. Care representative but they told me that the benefit will be given to selected numbers only and your no. is not selected so this benefit will not provided to me.
2 Again I got the message on 16th Sept “TATA INDICOM SATHE MELAVO Rs.25 MA 75 NO TALKTIME. Rs.20.67 TALKTIME tarat & baki 54.33 TALKTIME (val 15 divas) 3 divasma malshe. Offer fakt aaj sudhi j.”
I recharged my no. again on the same date but the same scenario were repeated. And I don’t get the benefit.
My question to you is only if you are not going to provide the said benefit why do you send the messages.
This is my kind request to you to give the above said benefit soon
