Airtel - Chembur & Lower Parel
Disconnection of post paid numbe

I have been trying to get my mobile number disconnected for the past month. I have even visited two airtel stores at mumbai (Chembur & Lower Parel). But they have been of no help.

As for airtel website too doesnt properly function. There is a permanent error - "Server too busy". Hope they would appreciate i do have other business in life than to just trying to get through their website very hour to get a number disconnected.

The airtel stores in Mumbai expect me to travel to Hyderabad to just get a mobile number disconnected, which im sure you would agree is irrational.
