Billed even after the SIM was blocked!

I had called Airtel on 11 of Sept to block the SIM no. 9959266670, since I had lost the mobile. I got the reply that it was blocked, but when I get the bill it was not blocked. The guy who found the phone used it to call the all over India, till 4 Oct. 2007. When I inquired on 4 Oct to my surprise the SIM was not blocked. Now this has become a biggest problem. I had also called them on 24 Sept to cancel the number till date I have not received any call from them.

If this is the kind of Service they are providing, I recommend Everybody to stop using Airtel. I have promised myself that I would never in my life use Airtel services.
