Plan changed before validity period ends

I had activated a plan by recharging with Rs. 58 on 30th April'08 this plan would reduce my calling charges as 30 paise for A2A local, 50 paise for other and Re 1 for landlines and validity is for 30 days but this got changed on 4th May'08 in just 5 days I was being charged as normal charges of Re 1 for A2A this is disgusting this fraud on part of Airltel they are cheating by launching such plans...
