Deactivation of frenzo

In my airtel no 9686215311 in not able to deactivate airtel frenzo which is charging 25 f0r 15 days.even after calling ti customer care and sending msg to 121 as stop .they are not able to .so pls deactivate the service as soon as possible andgive my deducted amount..ive called airtel customer care 2 times n they r not able to deactivate it...
