Hi, I have taken the mts connection through connectindia. They said that I will be getting one assured gift with the connection. They said that they are offering best offer from connectindia ie, 750/- With one assured gift. But when I enquired outside, if I take mts connection from outlet, they are giving one reebok watch free and connection cost is just 730/- . Where as connectindia had charged 750/- And the connection is not activated till now. The guy who gave me the device, he didnot respond properly. I have to call him everyday to collect the documents and so on. When I asked about the gift, he says, ask connectindia people. First of all connectindia is giving all false promises. And one more thing is I have asked them for mts prepaid card but they said mts doesnot offer prepaid cards, you take postpaid card and after a month we will change it to prepaid card. God only knows when all these things will happen.
If there is anyway that I can get my 750/- Back, I am ready to cancel the connection right now. Connectindia is such a useless site, I have taken the connection on 27 jan. Till now, my connection is not activated.

Poor customer service.
They wont give the gift which the service provider is giving.
I request everyone, please avoid this site. This is very bad site. Go to outlets and take the card, atleast you will have some people to answer your pleas..
