Hi,
I ordered a USB Modem device through ConnectIndia portal, there was a discussion between me and the telecaller who callled me to take orders, initially they committed to deliver a USB Foldable Modem with Huwai make, they moment i placed a order using my Credit Card, the amount got debited from my account and there was a local support team to ConnectIndia in banaglore they called to deliver the device. he came to my house to deliver the device and he told they dont have foldable huwai device. i ask him to inform his center in delhi about this issue, he didn't even take any call on this.
few guys from Delhi called me and said they don't have such device in market and it may not work properly and some story they told me at end of the discussion they told they will not be able to deliver the device now, also they hav told me that they ill deliver the device with in a day or two, now its been 2 weeks over but there is no response form Connectindia and they didn't even credit my money back.
Connectindia is completely cheating in this regards
