Refund of gprs charges

Due to bad response I have requested airtel (SMS TO121to deactivate my GPRS connection on 16.06.08. They have done it immediately. HOWEVER INSTEAD OF REFUNDING UNUSED AMOUNT for remaining period they have debited my account with Rs.250/- (in case of continuation of services it will be debited after more than one month). Now they are not refunding the amount.
