Not solving my problem

IDEA have the worst customer care service provider, they just have no knowledge regarding the GPRS or INTERNET service, though the take daily 25 Rs as a internet cherge but they not give any speed or any sollution to me, the customer care person Vinayak chaudhari, gandhinagar call center, gujarat at 14:17 13, 02 not listen to me and just giving advise and talking nonsense thing. pease avoid to purchase Idea cards...
