Non-responsive RIM management & unresolved technical issue for 2 months

Problem description: Mobile signal issue reported to Reliance stands unresolved even after 45-50 days! It's been over 45-50 days that I've filed a technical complaint against Reliance. I've marked a copy to top reliance management too - but appears to me that all they are bothered about is revenue!!! I filed a complaint regarding signal issue in my residential area. (RT nagar, Kaval bysandra, Bangalore)

But believe me, NO one at Reliance have bothered to actually resolve this issue. Instead they have ridiculously sent 4-5 so called 'resolution mails' indicating that problem is resolved. And guess what? Even before sending such mails, no one from reliance bothers to call me to check if the issue is actually resolved or not. Note: I haven't held back on any bill payments from my part. And it's sad!!!

The "Service Assurance Cell" of Reliance is as unreliable as Reliance itself. They do not resolve any issue, but they happily send fake resolution emails to customers.

People: BEWARE before you purchase that Reliance phone or contact Reliance. Its all waste!!!
