My mobile service provider is Airtel India. In last month, on 29-08-07, double of monthly GPRS charge was deducted from my account balance. I lodged complaint on 03-09-07. Customer Care service assured me to solve my complaint within 72 hours. But even after lapse of 10 days, my balance has not been credited. I talked to Customer Care 6 to 7 times, but at every occasion, they take 24 hours / 72 hours time. I suspect that they are killing time. The worst service!!!
