Inefficient & incapable sales team

I’m new to b’lore and last week on Tuesday or Wednesday and I planned to take one airtel postpaid connection and for that I called up their customer care and left my number with them next day I got a call from a lady Lakshmi-9902097319, she sent one executive and I gave all the documents she requested along with Rs. 500 cash. Now I’m still waiting for the number to be activated and now whenever I call her she never picks up my call.

What should I do? I'm simply pissed off.
