Detect charges of music unlimited without my subscription

Sir,

i am a mts customer mob. no.- 8104655567 i am facing two type of bigger problem

(1) i do not received any sms showing balance, from the company after disconnecting the call.

(2) Company has been started unlimited music program for 2 or 3 months without my permission and i have not use this

program so far because i don't know about it.
