Airtel India / Mobile Office
Fraudulent business practices!

We have come across a problem created by Airtel who is offering mobile office service. Even after deactivating the service on 22-4, 30-04 ad receiving acknowledgment for having received the SMS message for deactivating and confirming to cancel within 24 hours [message from 222 dated 22-04, Time 6.44.44 PM, message from 222 dated 30-04; Time 8.53.26 PM, and even after obtaining confirmation from customer care center, on 15-06, received a message that mobile office is active on the phone and once asked to deactivate the same. The code for deactivating is just MO CNCL to be sent 222 which will deactivate the mobile office connection irrespective of any tariff plans as per personal interaction with the customer care 121. You know the company refuses to acknowledge that they are having problems. All SMS message is stored in our communicator. They say they have not received any message for deactivation nor did they send any confirmation. Is it possible for anybody to bring some sense to these people. It is not about paying money to them but the quality of their service and refusal to admit that they have technical problem in their services is irking and disappointing.
