Not working

Our landline is not working.

airtel people have not responded to several email sent at [email protected].

Even everytime I speak with customer care they say somebody will get back to you. But its never done.

I am just amazed that from friday the connection is down and people have not cared to provide any status or update even when i am chasing their so called back end.

so the customerservice is very bad.
