Disgusting Service

I HAVE CALLED A Airtel guy for a landline braodband connetion and they took cheque from me and now frustrated that they call again and again and make us keep on waiting and this happens for continuous 4days and when I asked for a reason that why did he make us wait when he told with arrogance that its not my fault. Then when I called that why you made me wait for such a long time he told me I am not aware and than I called his boss his boss told me that its already installed I said I am there and it has not been installed than he told let me check and call back but he never called back. I was in such a mess due to this I have not been able to start my office due to this I have suffered a lot and still this its not installed I dont know how something this can happen.

Such an unprofessional approcah.
