This with reference to our connection of Landline & Broadband, As we sifted our office from our old address & relocated to new address, we had requested for sifting of our line from old address to new address, The shifting of line has been done but we had been provided with new number (080-41209283) after shifting.
As ours is an organization & our old number is been circulated to all our clients, to our new office sign board, letter head & to all our companies employees visiting card, We request to provide us our old (080) 42068413 instead of (080) 41209283
Also we want a parallel connection along with cordless phone to our connection.
Also in our office in one side of our building the network signal strength is low, we also request to rectify this problem also
