I am the Airtel customer since last 5 years. on monday (Feb 7) at around 11.56 am, i got a SMS from airtel (AD-54321) stating that "Thanks for downloading Hungama content Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 10". But I didn't downloaded anything or accessed anything from that site. After 1 hour (ie. around 1.30 pm), I had contacted Airtel CSE Manohar. Its reference number is CBDOV20307312678. But that CS Executive told me that he didn't have any data and ask me to call after 2 hr. I had contacted CSE at around night 8 pm regards to this and Mr. Iqbal picked my call. He is so arrogant that he is not in a position to listen my problem and telling that I only downloaded that game and without solving my problem, he disconnected my call. I facing this problem earlier also. But I didn't get any solution. And I trying to contact CSE from last 3-4 days, but I unable to reach executive. Please take action against that arrogant Iqbal and one more Lokesha.
