I booked 2 landlines (011 45008245, 01145008255) for which i paid Rs 1000 as advance, it was to be adjusted in the first bill, it did not happen.
I complained at 121 got confirmation that it will be adjusted by 2nd november : -

Then the outgoing stopped from 22nd november when complained i was told it would be
corrected by 25th only as it is airtels system, as i had not paid the 500 rs that was to be adjusted..
Why should i bear no outstanding facility when it is no fault of mine, and i have a 699 plan will i be refunded in the bill, for the days when i have no outgoing facility??
That is for 4 days - Rs 93.20?? Will airtel discount this??
