PENDING MOBILE BILL/REFUND

I had a postpaid mobile (9423113666) of bhandara dist., Maharastra and disconnected it 02 july but i have not get refund of what i had deposited as a security (std security=1000 1000=2000 -13=Rs 1987) till date. BSNL office, Bhandara send me a letter that i would get the above amount on oct" 2007 but afterwarws there is noresponse from their end. I have send two letter also.

Please do the needful so that i can get the money.
