I have recharged twice, and they have not started my phone

I have an Airtel prepaid, no 9967709522. I was asked to recharge, as I had a balance of rs157 to carry forward. I recharged for Rs200, the still haven't started my phone and keep sending sms to recharge. Pathetic service!
