Missed & blank calls

To whomsoever it may concern

Dear concern... kindly give me the detail of a particular number (00918445340638) who is disturbing me since last 1-2 months. It made me blank calls & when i inquired, it got disconnect.

When i call myself... it goes nonrespondent.

Some time it talks non-sense...

I warned him not to call again otherwise i have to lodge a complaint but it is continue...

Please give me the details... if you can do something from your end... it would be the best... otherwise i will take care for that.
