Airtel Prepaid Connection
Msg card blocking and balance deduction

Airtel is deducting amount from my talktime balance while sending msg to any no. instead of deduting amount from my msg card.

customer care executives are not even attending the calls related to the problem.

please consider it as soon as possible.
