Not getting the bill

Dear Sir,

I am using your service from 3 years first one and half month it is prepaid and from December it is postpaid..

I am very dissatisfied with your service and your service personnal as he is not involve in my complaint.

Just in the last month i have not recieved your airtel Bill with details and i have spoken to ur call centre on 11.07.09 Mr. Rohit and give my all details including my address also and instruct him to provide my bill detail so that i will pay the bill..

Just now i am calling again with your call centre and told him that please provide me the bill so that i will pay the bill and if you will check my details i have paid the bill within time periods and told him please provide as i have to submit it in the company but your supervisor told me that it will reach till 29th of this month...

Now tell me how a person can wait so much time why what is the reason...

Hope you reply me as early as possible on my number...
