I was using a post paid mobile connection from Airtel and No. is 9177676660. For this number i have a billing issue which is not resolved till date by "airtel". My plan was "special 5 group" and i added my corridor number for this plan as on 12/08, which i even got a confirmation msg from airtel stating that no. will added in 48 hrs (i still possess sms with me as a proof). However, after two months i came to know that my request has not been added by "airtel" and instead of charging as per the plan Rs. 0.20/min, i was charged Rs.1/min. And during the month of November'10, i made calls to customer care of airtel and made this plan get activated and asked to resolve the earlier billing issue. However, as on this date they have not resolved that issue and because of the same, i stopped paying my bill.

My number has been deactivated by "airtel" on the basis on non payment of bill without any intimation on the status of my billing query. Till date some nearly 20 calls from my side as well as from their side went on about this issue. Neither they resolved by billing issue and irrespective of that when all i'm in roaming they started calling to my other airtel number (which i should pay roaming charges for the call) and making me irritated as they call at different times spoiling my meetings. TO overcome this problem i personally visited airtel relationship centre, banjara hills at my time of stay in hyderabad, which was on saturday. They acknowledge my problem by viewing the sms and stated it is the wrong billing by "airtel", however, they unable to wright a note in my no. as my number by the time was deactivated.

In meantime, i started receiving a calls from Hyderabad main office, the first employee named herself as Ms. Deepthi, i also explained every details of my problem, she promised to solve in two days. However, still after a week she could'nt and i followed her to resolve my problem. After few followups from my side she stopped picking my calls. Then on 12/02 one more lady named herself Ms. Neha and her empl. id is 984632 (she informed when asked about ii) called to my Vodafone Bangalore number, when i asked her how she got this number, she unable to answer my question and asked what is my billing problem??? i still took my time and patience to explain her and did so. She promised me that, her boss will get back to me in two days and took my email id. After two days i called her and she was unable to give a proper reply and started avoiding my calls. I clearly stated her in my earlier conversation that if airtel solves my problem across the table, i will immediately pay the money. Irrespective of the same they unable to resolve my billing related issue. I owns another number of aiterl which is 9704757676 which i'm using from past 3 years and never ever defaulted my payment to airtel.

Me getting frustrated of "airtel" who unable to solve my problem and keep on troubling me and started even threatening to file a legal complain on me, I'm forced to write this complaint. Seeing all this i even opted "vodafone" in bangalore rather than airtel.
