Mobile not top up but account debited

Dear respected sir/madam,

i have honor to inform you that today 29/07 i gone through mobile banking

tata indicom top up of Rs.100/- one time but my mobile 9236113573 not recharged sb a/c 52205290633

debited by total Rs.100/- tid MB05- 020013745990 msg time 1200hrs to 1300hrs came.

my mobile banking ID sbj690 & SB A/C 52205290633 state bank of hyderabad sec-18 noida.

further i state that if my mobile not top up due to same reason then why my A/C was debited.

so kindly rectify the error for my financial loss to be recovered either by fresh top up or credit to the account.
