Harassment by idea by asking id proof again and again

Dear Sir,

SUB; ID PROOF

Sir my name is saket nigam, i have prepaid mobile of idea cellular number: 9826675538, I have been a subscriber since by paying 750 rupees i had converted my card to life time.

I have furnished the required documents in jan and I have done this 4 times still it has been rejected time and again

i have furnished the latest id proofs (my new passport) and still my outgoing and incoming is barred, as my documents are latest

and there is no reason to be rejected. Now I do not now why idea is doing this to me
