Vodafone 148 WCC recharge card
Not able to use service even after paying the money

I have recharged my Vodafone Prepaid connection 9986408386 with Vodafone WCC 148 recharge through E top up on 21st july 09 at 2.46 PM.

Till date i haven't received the 12 or 14 digit pin to use this service for STD at 75p.

I have called the customer care 5-6 times. Also went to vodafone shop but no response. After repetitive promise there is not even a single response from Vodafone.

They took the money for the service but didn't provide it.

My recharge transaction id is: KK09183364171.

Please help.
