Deficiency in the product

I was allotted new Airtel Post Paid Connection - 9878003444 on 17th of April..

The problem which i have faced since day one is that I have to pre-fix Zero before the Cell Number, dialing from BSNL Line from the Local Area.

Prefixing of Zero before Cell Number is required only for STD Calls and not for Local Calls.

I have taken up the matter with Airtel Customer Care - [email protected] and sent 4 to 5 mails to them, but there is no response.

This convey deficiency is service / product feacture, non-communication, no concern for the client.

I am the Branch Head, UTI Bank, The Mall, Ludhiana, & I have conveyed this new number to my esteemed clients and within my Bank's Network.

I feel really disturbed to find such a bad services offered by Airtel - so called best brand of India.
