Dear Sir,

I'm user of your product referred above. I purchased it on 21-06

From the time i have purchased the handset, i have being facing lot of issues. I did visit the repair center and got the handset repaired however the problem still exist. 1st Repair was done on 25th June and within 20 days I had to take it back (10th July). And now again I'm having the problem. I request you to please change the handset or refund my money back.

Kindly do the needful to bring the smile back on my face as you want on every customer of yours.
