UNABLE TO MAKE CALL IN ONE STD NUMBER

ME FROM KERALA WHEN I AM MAKING CALL TO ONE PARTICULAR NUMBER OF RELIANCE CDMA. THEN I AM GETTING MESSAGE THAT PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALLED . EVEN I KNOW THAT I HAVE ADD ZERO BEFORE MAKING A CALL I AM DOING SAME BUT AGAIN I AM GETTING THAT ERROR. NOT ONLY FROM MY NUMBER IN MY FAMILY MEMBER WE HOLE ARE USING THE VODAFONE SIM SINCE LAST 2 YRS. THE SAME ERROR APPLED ON ALL THE NUMBER. WHEN I CONTACT TO CUSTMER CARE THEN THEY REGISTERED THE COMPLIANT AND TOLD ME THAT WE WILL SOLVE UR PROBLEM WITH IN 48 HRS, IT HAS BEEN SOLVED. BUT AFTER THREE DAYS ITS COMES TO IN SAME CONDITION I AM UNABLE TO MAKE A CALL AGAIN, ONCE AGAIN I HAVE CALLED TO CUSTMER CARE THEN THEY SAID ITS UR PHONE PROBLEM. ON THEIR RESPONSE I HAVE TOLD HIM THAT I MY FAMILY EVERY ONE IS USING THE VODAFONE AND RHEY ALL ARE ARISING WITH SAME PROBLEM. THEN THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM AND SAID THAT SORRY WE CAN NOT HELP YOU IN THIS MATTER AND YOUR PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

SO THATS A RESPONSE OF CUSTOMER CARE. THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING MY COMPAINT. IN THIS MATTER WHAT WE HAVE TO DO. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN HELP ME THEN PLEASE CONTACT ME IN MY EMAIL ID &&[email protected]
