The Airtel Network in BITS, Pilani Campus is not functional at all at any time of the day. No call connects. No call can be received. Only the sms service works. If you desire to make a call you have to dial the number many times and if u get lucky it connects. All the incoming calls do not connect. They get dropped. What sort of service is this?
