Disconnected without reason!

I have taken Airtel prepaid connection in the year 2003. Since that time with out break I am using this connection. Suddenly on 4th Dec the line got disconnected and automatically another number was activated without my knowledge up to 8th december, from then up to 12th december another different number was activated (totally two different numbers apart from my number was activated without my knowledge). Frequently i have been informing this problem to customer care but no response from their side up to 15th december. Then they suggested me to get duplicate sim card i got that on the same day at 1pm they promised me that they'll activate within three hours but they never did it. Today on 22nd december afternoon the line got activated in the duplicate sim but still they have bared the incoming facility and outgoing is also not working properly.
