Amount not recharged in mobile but balance deducted

Hi,

I had recharged Rs.1010 amount from the site freecharge.in twice, which makes it a big amount of Rs2020

which has been credited from my credit card and debited in your account on 9th June.

I haven't got the recharge, and to top it

there is no response from your side inspite of mailing twice to [email protected] and [email protected].

There is no telephone contact support available too.

If I dont get a response on this ASAP, I'll definitely take it to the consumer court, I'm really furious at this fraud.
